This page is for warranty support. You can contact me here for this. Please doublecheck your wiring! I may charge a service fee for a working product that is sent back. As time goes on I will be adding faq’s to this page as issues appear. In the meantime here is one piece of advice: Please do not solder the bare wire ( 4-conductor) to anything but the back of the pot unless I have included instructions stating otherwise. I know it shouldn’t matter soldering it to the black wire if they are both ground but I have had some odd results with this and I don’t have an explanation for it. The bare wire is soldered to the base plate and this may have something to do with it. |
